By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

• •"Service" means the operational platform along with its app, bot, web interface, and supporting features.
• •"User" means an individual who accesses the Service.
• •"Organization" means the business entity or manager subscribing to the Service.
• •"Content" means data, photos, text, and materials created or uploaded through the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plans and rates in effect, as shown on the pricing page.

A free trial may be provided for a certain period and limits, without requiring a credit card. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Payments are processed via a payment gateway provider. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of the Service. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• •Upload false, misleading content, or manipulate work evidence.
• •Attempt to access systems without authorization, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
• •Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.

You and your Organization retain ownership of the Content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

Verification features (server timestamps, location, and live camera) are designed to preserve the authenticity of evidence. You are responsible for the validity of the Content you submit.

All rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than a limited right of use.

We strive to keep the Service reasonably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, unpaid dues, or a security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time; data can be exported using available features before termination.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the period giving rise to the claim.

You agree to release and indemnify us from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved through consultation, and if not resolved, through the legal mechanisms applicable in Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
